Before entering the title industry, Nick spent ten years in construction and five years in project management — gaining firsthand experience with development projects, contractors, timelines, and the realities of building and investing in real estate. Today, he leverages that experience to better support the builders, lenders, developers, and real estate professionals he serves through NU World Title.

He isn't simply opening title orders. He improves communication, reduces surprises, solves problems early, keeps transactions moving, and stays a dependable resource and advocate throughout the process.
